From 18 to 21 April we have moved to Chicago to visit Coverings 2016, the international fair dedicated exclusively to showcasing the latest trends in ceramic tile and natural stone. The event attracts thousands of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, professional architects and designers, builders, as well as specialized journalists.
We have used this opportunity to present some Azulev Grupo new series. Do you want to discover them?
‘Imperia’ is inspired by medieval times. Recalls past times, because it reminds completely handmade products. It is a fusion of cotto, cement and stone with lots of character, in which pieces full of graphics are combined with other more exposed. It has a very smooth grain finish and a stone structure. It comes in three formats in porcelain: 30x60, 45x45 (natural and non-slip finish) and 60x60. The colours of the collection are white, pearl, beige and cotto.
Calacatta marble is one of the most precious marbles. For this reason, it has always been, and will be, demanded by many sculptors and architects for their works. Our ‘Calacatta’ has a white base that gives plenty of light. It also has a few shadows and comes with pieces with highly integrated veins and other more defined, a feature that reflects the luxury and elegance of this series. Presented in matte finish and white colour, its texture is silky and the porcelain support base is available in 30x60, 45x45 and 60x60 formats.
With the launch of ‘Vintage’, in Azulev Grupo, we incorporate a new product concept to our Wood Emotions collection. It is a petrified wood, present in the market since the early 30s of the last century. It is a very attractive crossbreeding, where we can see all kinds of fossilized shades. The wood inlay stone gives a peculiar and very suggestive identity. It has a lightweight structure that fits very well with the graphics, and a very balanced design too. The series is presented in the format 20x120 rectified with porcelain support and the colours available are white, gray, cream and brown.
Travertine is a classic and very commercial marble that, for its graphic simplicity and subdued chromaticism, can be installed in any room of the home. ‘Tívoli’ is a cross cut travertine, with the peculiarity that the veins are cut crosswise. It is a stone already used in the buildings, monuments and sculptures of ancient Greece and Rome. With a smooth finish, it comes in pearl and cream, and in the 30x60, 45x45 and 59x59 rectified porcelain supported formats.
